Going out to other xj forums?

Would it be a good idea to go to other xj forums and tell them about our new forum? Could also do it for the zj forum.

Not sure. If they are on other forums, they already have a "home" and odds are that our tiny sections won't give them much information. I think it's more for folks who are already here or lurk here and have vehicles other than KJ's. Word of mouth will spread the news over time as well. And people from here didn't respond well to another site announcing that they had a KJ section, I think we might get a similar response from others. Not afraid to share, just don't know if it'd be more drama than good.

Don't bother. We are too new at this for these new sections. The new sections are really just for those that are here now or coming in and have a KJ and "other Jeep", or have a KJ and are thinking about adding another Jeep. As we grow others will find out and wander in if they care.

I am afraid if we advertise it too much we will get lots of outsiders in that may not care for the KJ and then we are battling to keep it under control.

I would say no. its not like we are tryiong to bring all the XJ or any other jeeper here.... the word will get out in due time but keep in mind...you bash the KJ and you are out of here...Later...Clint
