I have a friend in CA. who just picked up a 95 Cherokee for his wife, and none of
the power windows work.

The fuse is good, all the switches appear to work, but windows are not functional.

I suggested he check the actuators.

Any other suggestions??

He's not that familiar with electrical, so any help will be greatly appreciated.

<edit> The vehicle in question is a 95 Grand Cherokee ..... my bad. <edit>
