You didn't really buy an over $1000 Lift for that thing, did you!?!?!.....
AND
$500 for Front & Rear Bumpers!!!   YOU HAVE BUMPERS! :dizzy:

You should have put $500 in brakes, rotors etc.... and put the other $1000 in the KJ....
Then sold the XJ and put that money in the KJ!

DO NOT OPEN THE PACKAGE! send it back ASAP!

Thanks Nick! Hey Nick ..... if you happen to be hitting any JYs in the next couple weeks (or know anyone with parts ) ..... I need a brake booster, master cylinder and proportioning valve ...... with the fittings, from a WJ to upgrade the brake system on the XJ. The WJ has a dual diaphragm unit that provides more stopping power than the stock '91 XJ but the fittings are metric and my XJ is SAE thread so I'll need the fittings too so I can switch them over to my lines. Keep your eyes open. I won't be able to get them for about 3 weeks tho' so no hurry. But let me know if you find anything cheap and I'll see what I can do.

i will check with a friend of mine he has an 01 WJ that we are going to be cutting up and i think that it has the booster and brake system left on it.... heck if you came down this way and pull the parts yourself he might get rid of them cheap

Pics of the new bumpers, both for $500 plus shipping. The front will also have a hoop and light tabs. Just not shown in the pic.
No, they're not here yet, but they will be.

Those bumpers look pretty good for the price, plus you got a winch mount, hitch receiver and swing out tire carrier. Do you know what the tire carrier spindle is rated for? I'm looking forward to seeing those bumpers mounted.

:ROTFL: VERY FUNNY!!!!!!!!!!!

The tire carrier is rated to hold up to a 37" tire. Don't know the actual weight rating but I can try and find out if you want.

ordered THIS dual steering stabilizer kit tonight. :pepper: The bumpers will ship on Wednesday, and then on the 22nd/23rd we'll tear it all apart at Mudd's Garage and Emporium and install all the new parts! I am also going to replace all the old TRE's/ball joints at the same time. (might just start on Friday!)

Anybody wanna go wheelin' on the 29th or 30th at Bundy Hill? :JEEPIN:

Wow, you’re going to have a new frontend by the time you’re done. That’s the way to do it. 8)

Well, loaded all the new parts in the back and got the XJ over to Tommudd's place, now we'll start tearing all the old stuff off and replacing it tomorrow and Saturday. I'll take pics and post up tomorrow night with the progress.
