i have an '02 TJ with the 3speed auto dana 44 rear and only 30" tires and just a few other small mods but nothing heavy like a winch and it weighs about
4300# +/- my wife has an '03 KJ limted all stock less the new trans skid and it weighs just over 4400# +/-
i work on industrial scales and weighing systems so i know how much my 2 jeeps weigh
as far as the psi in those 35"s i would go 25-30 psi on road closer to 30 for radial and closer to 25 if not less for bias
off road will vary like LOST TJ said most folks with 8" rims run less psi then with 10" rims
if you have on board air then i would start at 15 also and go from there if you dont have on board air then i would start at 18 and go down cause with no air you cant go up
