Go to their website and see for yourself. 2.5" lift allows for 35"s and the 4" kit 37"s!!!! Not only am I jelous it makes you wanna jump on the Rubicon bandwagon....well maybe NEXT year.

I would not be so blown a way just yet
what most folks are not thinking about is the 4 door ,while being mega cool, will need to have 3" lift and 35's to follow a stock 2 door
that 116" wheel base is going to be nothing but trouble
look at the KJ and think about it?
the guys who see it as a longer wheel base = better hill climbing have forgotten what it is like to spend more time on there belly than on the trail
just my point of view

I don't think it's as drastic as Jason says. I watched those puppies go down Cadillac Hill on the Rubicon and the Unlimiteds did just as well as the 2 door models. Jeep did a really good job of tucking everything away in the belly. There was a little more 3-point turning here and there, but overall very impressive.

I agree. I'm gonna wait to see one in person before I judge it solely on wheelbase.

hay if I am wrong then so be it cause every body knows it wont be the first time and it is not going to be the last
what I know is how much money guys spend to get better ground clerance why would you throw it all away to have 4 doors
I would rather see the 2 door unlimited stay that was a happy medium IMO

Im not going to make any comments on the JK yet. I will say however, I am not a fan of the fact that it is taller, wider, and longer than the TJ's. Those 3 make it a little less versitle than a TJ. Key word, LITTLE.

What I haven't heard is a report on is the JK's on road manners as compared ot the TJ. Not talking about ride here but noise. Being able to hear the radio when it's rolling at 65 mph. Etc. This including the four door, which I'd assume would appeal to those with families to haul around.

Hate to be the one to break it to you, but that transfer gives me no ground clearence. I need to do a tummy tuck to get that thing off of the ground.

The transfer case & skid on the JK doesn't hang down like the shovel on the TJ Unlimited or TJ for that matter. IT was noticed by the TJ and Unlim owners and they loved how the JK was tucked up tight. I drove both JK and JK Unlim and a TJ and both JK models beat the TJ on and off road.

I can't wait to see people start wheeling these out here in AZ. I really want to see what one of these will do in the wash. Somebody buy one and bring out here for a trail ride. :D
