Let's see if anyone has heard of this problem:

Just finishing up the Rubicon Express Long Arm 5.5" lift. Have a 'ticking' or 'clicking' sound now that wasn't there before. Heres' some data.

- Is in all gears.
- Goes away when clutch pedal is pressed.
- sounds like it's coming from the front yet...
- if we remove the rear driveshaft it goes away.
- Driveshaft has been newly rebuilt. Problem still there.
- Happens also in 4wd hi and low.

It's really beating us.

Any ideas?

Harmonic Ballancers? Im not to intelligent with transfer cases but look into if they have harmonic ballancers for the output shaft to the f/r driveshafts.
