JKs run BFG's
Yeah. BF Goodrich MT-Rs. I know. I have one sitting in my driveway.

But I'm a little worried about all the electronics. I'm sure they have considered this when DC was building it, but the one 07 Rubicon I was able to see in person appeared to have a bunch of electronics. Electrical goodies are great except when exposed to the elements and sunk in water holes. Does anyone know how the electronics will hold up on these??
Just fine so far.

i wouldn't have such a hard time with the '07 if it wasn't called the Wrangler. it's not! it looks suspicously like an H3
I've seen as many 2 door H3s as I have minivans on 32" MT-Rs.
I'm not even going to get into the whole JK vs. TJ debate here. The thing is, when they introduced the YJ, everyone HATED it because of the rectangular headlights, if nothing else. When they introduced the TJ, everyone HATED it, because it had Coils intead of Leaf Springs. Now everybody considers the TJ to be the end-all-be-all, just like they did with the YJ before it, and the CJ before that. 10 years from now when they replace the JK, everyone will be cursing the replacement because they will be "trying to change perfection" or "tampering with tradition". Me? I'm a proud JK owner that isn't too caught up in tradition that I can't admit that I like my things to be nicer than sleeping in caves and cooking over open flame. I enjoy going out into the wilderness in my jeep, and frankly, I like the fact that it has satellite radio so I can listen to tunes and news while I'm out there. I like the fact that once I get back onto the highway the soft top doesn't flap in the wind. I like the fact that now MOST of the jeep community is starting to accept the JK as what it is - a worthy replacement for the TJ.
