Hey all.. I haven't been on here for a while.. Been up to my eyeballs in work and home stuff.. But I got my new JK Unlimited Rubicon over the weekend... I am hoping we will be finished by March and go to Uwharrie in April.. To test her out...

Oh yeah.. I plan on sticking around for as long as people can put up with me.. :-)r :D

I can't wait to get it on the trails.. There are a few home construction places around here that I want to try it out on... :D

Not sure of anyone else who ordered one.. But we ordered our 07 JK on Oct 23rd 2006.. It kept getting pushed back on the build date.. Which was fine with us until about a 2 weeks ago when my old YJ gave up the ghost... We were down to one Jeep and it was killing us.. I drive 50 miles every day to get to work... When we called about the status of our new Rubicon, DC said it wasnt' going to be built until Feb 15th which also means it wouldn't be until March something before we got it.. I got fed up.. We cancelled the order and I went on a hunt.. I found 1 JK that fit exactly what we ordered except it didn't have dual top.. It was in Lexington, KY and we live the Charleston, SC area.. We called the dealership.. Put a deposit on it.. Drove up on saturday and picked it up and drove home on sunday... From what our local dealership said, we have the only 07 JK Unlmited Rubicon in the area.. :D I love it when I have a one of a kind Jeep.. Atleast for a couple of months.. LOL

Well... I'm waiting on mine....
Rescue Green unlimited Rubicon.... After placing the order, it went from no status to D status which means there is already a VIN# assigned to it.
If i get it in time, I'll be taking the JK to MOAB for April LOST Safari... :)
I'm by no means getting rid of my beloved KJ - that one will stay with us...
Now got to start thinking about lift, BBs and etc, etc....
C'mon ALLJ...... boulder bars for JK Ready Yet?? :)

I'm so envious of you guys with the JKs. I want one so bad. Have to wait a few years, and I'm not gonna get rid of the Libby. Want the Libby as a tow rig and the JK as the wheeler.

I wish I had been able to keep my KJ. Unfortunately, I couldn't afford to after getting my '07 JK. I loved my KJ, but the JK is great.
