Let's see if anyone has heard of this problem: Just finishing up the Rubicon Express Long Arm 5.5" lift. Have a 'ticking' or 'clicking' sound now that wasn't there before. Heres' some data. - Is in all gears. - Goes away when clutch pedal is pressed. - sounds like it's coming from the front yet... - if we remove the rear driveshaft it goes away. - Driveshaft has been newly rebuilt. Problem still there. - Happens also in 4wd hi and low. It's really beating us. Any ideas? |

Harmonic Ballancers? Im not to intelligent with transfer cases but look into if they have harmonic ballancers for the output shaft to the f/r driveshafts. |
