I dont know for sure but I can tell you this If so you could not even stand up a 20# CO2 behind it That is what I have ,the CO2, and with the rear seat in the oe location it just fits If you want a TJ but also want a back seat the go Unlimited That is about as good as they get dont go JK ,ESP, and the 4 door has a poor break over when compared to any TJ |

I would say you could probably do it, but it would involve a considerable amount of fabbing brackets, and you would lose all your cargo space. |

Yea you can do this...no need to fab any brackets just use the existing ones and you can drill new holes for the bolts the floor brackets are mounted to...just remove them from the floor (pull the rear carpet out obviously, I run no carpets at all so this was easier) and drill new holes further back. I dont run a backseat at all in my TJ, I see no need to take two little people back there ![]() ![]() |

You will want to also consider moving the rear seat back on a TJ vs. LJ. With a TJ you will no longer be able to fold the top down. The back seat on a TJ is set to give just minimum clearance to clear the top when down. A LJ you have more options. |
