Nice, Ive got a friend with the same color jk looking to do some lights like yours, was the install hard to run the wires? Did you run them into the cowl cover? Any info would be good, I have KC slimlites on the Rubi but Im sure its a littl different install.

Mounting and wiring -

The Hellas come with a U shaped bracket and I used this to mount the lights to the windshield pillar using the factory bolt.
Protecting the paint is a cloth reinforced rubber washer (that I had laying around the house and is actually for toilet tank repair!). This mount is very secure. The lights are at a slight outward angle and project to the sides of the road and can only be adjusted up and down mounted this way. I'll be using them off-road so this works for me to light up the critters off to the sides of the road. I might get KC, Mopar or Warrior brackets at a later date. The other option was to mount them to the bumper but this method was required no drilling except for the hole for the switch in the dashboard.

The wires run beneath the cowl and then an easy run into the engine compartment.

I mounted the switch right above the left speaker in the dash board. Easy access behind it by removing the side panel.

Wires run through firewall at this point in the upper left corner of the footwell.

Wiring was connected following supplied instructions but instead of tapping high beam wire, I went straight off the positive battery terminal so that I could control them independently of the other lights. I might tap into the side marker lights later.
I have wire loom on order to clean up the installation so ignore the clutter. None of the local stores had any.

This was the first time I did this so if I can do it, anyone can! Just read the instructions several times, think through the installation and routing of the wires and ground points, and take your time. Plus, I asked alot of questions on the message boards.

Drilled 1/2" hole through plastic. Knurled part screws to post on back of switch securing it to dash.
