Is this a power steering leak?
Only leaks when the car is running...

Its red fluid... but looks like its leaking from the bottom of the radiator...

it looks like its coming from the area I circled... which is the lower corner of the rad...

I wish my CJ had that setup.

what year is this CJ, and does it have an automatic or a manual trans? if it's an automatic, and you're not having to fill up the PS reservoir, it's probably leaking at the pressure line. when you steer does the effort increase and does it squirt out more? if so, then that's a sweet setup and the PS cooler is built into the radiator. see above.

Either way, I think you need a pressure line, judging by the way it's squirting. I don't think that hose clamp is doing its job

Its an 1986 CJ7 thats automatic.

The clamp was tight - but the hose was crap. It was cracked a good 4" from the fitting. Replaced the hose and put a new clamp on there and no more leaks from that area.

Is this setup normal? (trans cooler to be inside the radiator?)

on most cars, yeah, it's normal. My CJ didn't have the trans cooler in the radiator (more or less all aftermarket stuff anyway), but most OE applications since the '70s have. I'd double check my PS and ATF levels. I seriously doubt it's a PS line...but the CJ's old enough to drink so somebody somewhere along the line might've run the PS lines into the tranny cooler.
