I'll be adding this plus a new winch in the next two weeks -
I'm thinking that now the front end of the JK will be sagging - any ideas / suggestions? - will it sag?

more than likely itll sag esp. with a winch on there... i'd say its a good excuse to lift it!

I'm not sure about the "sagging" issue but I'd like to share that we had an ARB bumper on our TJ with a Warn winch (no sagging) but the minute we tried to put on the new Warn Powerplant winch, you know the one with the built in air compressor, yep, you guessed it, doesn't fit the bumper! So just be aware of that.

We let both companies know about the problem so hopefully it will be a happy ending soon

If it does sag when you put the winch on, maybe you could find a small (.75 inch) spacer to even things up again.
