Just bought a smashed in rear 1/4 00 TJ for next to nuttin!
It's getting Bruti-fied! I figure it'll look darn nice behind the Dodge with Matching HEMI's...

Or maybe a little smaller in Black? I dunno... but I'm doing it all myself.

Either way, Mrs. Seth is way pissed right now, but hopefully she'll get over it in the next few years...

That first brute pic was my wallpaper forever, then I had to change it because it just hurt too much to look at and not have. Thanks for bringing back painful memories. :cry:

I've had this one for awhile now..

The wife knew it was coming, she just didn't know how soon. The guys at AEV and I have been doing some work on a couple projects together. I was out in Missoula to meet with Jim and Dave about some stuff and Dave took me for a ride in his 6.1 Brute and the 6.1 JK 4 Door they have, too. I've been jones'in ever since. When I saw this heap sitting at the yard with most of the parts still in good shape, I couldn't help myself... Like I said, Rehab.

I'm forming a support group called "Stockers Suck Anonymous"... all are welcome to join.

BTW, you have no idea how jealous I am that you got to ride in those AEV jeeps. Those guys do the some of the best work out there. :twisted:

Yours would look better if it was extended out like the original Brute extend out a TJ. Otherwise it looks too much like an H2 SUT. The AEV guys will probably make the 4 door JK into a new Brute design.

I may be taking you up on that. Right now I am contemplating trading in the KJ I recently bought for a Wrangler? The wife generally supports my decisions but we have an understanding when it comes to major purchases. Everything is yet TBD...

I've heard some rumors that the J8 may get released here in the US in the next year or so.
D60's, good transfer case... some other stuff. So I bagged it and went JK 2 DR.
No sense wasting the cash and labor.... I can always sell this one if the J8 becomes available.
