Yeah, seems like a good dealer would get all the info they could on it in order to promote it better to off road guys.

That thing has been beat to hell... They posted the good picks on CL. I'll pass, there are a few things that I don't like about it. Not a big fan of the Exo cage, I would prefer a real roll cage. From the other pics the Exo didn't do a very good job either...

It was rolled pre exo cage. So yeah, dents are plenty. But then you don't have to worry about keeping it pretty, just bash it some more.

Any one notice a problem with the "Custom Beadlock Rims"?

Image

I personally think it' worth more as parts... Front coilovers are at the wrong angle. The mounting brackets they fabbed for the heim joints look dangerous. The safety wire job they did on the brakes is worthless. RADS system for the wheels is not 180 from the air stem. Rear brake lines are run wrong, diff vent hoses are worn. Non JK atlas t-case was installed. Amp on the floorboards? The whole thinkg was "built" with out attention to detail at all, to many details not seen to, and just to much that is install/fabbed incorrectly.

I agree w/ daspes on those points.
Not crazy about the exo but if tied into an interior cage it would help big time in a rollover.

ummm.... Terrible safety wire job. wth were they thinking?

Surpised that coming from a dealer they didn't spend some time to detail it out more and clean it up a little, especially considering the price.

Oh and the biggest thing........WTH is the HEMI?!?!? fix all the little things and then Finish it off right w/ a Hemi conversion. po po little v6.

Man I So badly want to build a JK........But my banker would have my stupid!! :?

Nope I wasn't involved with that,by the way those orange knuckles are Dedenbear D60 knuckles and they come painted orange, they use those D60 knuckles to be able to use 15" rims since Ford/GM D60's brakes will not fit in 15" rims.

I'm a big fan of Exocages if there done right, and I like this design. What till you see my KJ with a Exocage  .

Exo cages are gross IMO. The only good cage style rigs are buggies, built from the ground up like this one

If you need an exo then you might as well have a buggy anyway. They aren't meant for DD or street rigs, again just my 2 cents.

That JK was tossed together and that is why it only costs what it does. If it was done right the price would be much higher. I'd still wheel the crap out of it.

I like a "well built" exo cage,
looks cool,
place for the kids to play,
not many DDs have them so stands out,
can haul anything on top, sides, wherever just strap it on,
climb up on top and make out ( after you attach a sheet of plywood and a mattress up there
I would do mine in a heart beat, if I had the time & money just for the heck of it

By "banker" do you mean Kathy?

I know they don't have the controller for the winch but it'd look a lot better wrapped properly.
