True OME doesnt make 4'' springs, but better kits than the RC ones.

got the smittybuild front bumper installed,
winch plate, front plates, and factory fogs on. i like
the clean look. trying to find time to get the lift
on, cant get the tires till i do that. also took the
rear bumper caps and the chrome overlay grill
off. changed the spark plugs, its got 50k miles on
it and they were totally shot to hell.

got the lift installed today. it was a 4" lift.
i didnt use the t case drop and there's no
vibes at any speed so i think we may have
gotten lucky. drives really good, suspension
is alot firmer and seems very solid. heres a
few pics.

up on the stands, wheels off

shocks off

lower arms and sway bar links off

new springs going in

springs and control arms installed

shocks installed

front finished

lift done and on the way home..

yeah we need to get a plan to get some offroading in.
wanna see how this lift pans out.

btw - just got back from the tire store, 33x12.50xr15's
dont fit on the stock canyon rims. lol

What a world of difference it makes. I swear wranglers come out of the factory with the wrong "stance" and need some tire to really fill them out. Great job.

thanks detroit - the wife really loves how it turns out.
she drove it last night and actually liked how it drives,
so as long as momma's happy, im happy :shock:

got it naked yesterday. gonna take it out to hidden falls

kerry got her a bikini top and put it on last night.
looks pretty good and is suprisingly a no flap
top even at freeway speeds. found it on craigs
list for $90, including the no drill header. was
on the previous owners jeep one time, so its in
brand new shape.
