acutally the idea is kinda retarded. it should swing down, cause i really would like to see someone get that tire up there and off of it. nice design but wrong way it lifts. being a tj owner i wouldnt buy it

Purpose? is there something under there that he has to access often? Doesn't look like there is much room under it for much. not a fan of that giant spare being mounted up that high either and agree getting it up and down would suck bad.

other than that, it looks like cool fab work. however, does it even have a full cage? doesn't look like it. Almost looks like a factory bar under there.

now i'm just confused about it all. interesting stuff like the gas can mount, kinda cool rear flares, but no cage, bulky looking rear bumper, gee-whiz/cool but unpurposeful rear tire/goodie mount...... :?

but hey, wth do i know?

Very cool idea and props for being inventive, but... I think a swing away carrier is a much, much better idea. You don't loose valuable cargo room, and it sure is a lot easier to mount the spare. I couldn't imagine how difficult it would be to put a spare up on that thing, jeesh, my back hurts just thinking about it.
