When I herculined my CJ I just acetoned the inside and then applied the herculine. Worked great.

for the CJ5 it took about 3/4 gallon. I just followed the instructions. Very easy to do, just make sure you have proper ventilation or you will get high

What's wrong with that!!
I'll be outside so I will have plenty ventilation. How long does it take to dry, and did you buy whole kit or just liner and use a brush?

I used the kit. I would say it took prob about 3-4 hours in the 80 degree temps for the first coat to dry. It goes on quick. Took maybe 45 min to actually apply first coat. Make sure you do a good job taping things off first though.

Before and after pics. It looks like we sanded it down, we did, but only in certain spots due to previous rubber coating in some areas.

It took about 5 hours on Sat. We sanded a good bit then primered due to sanding to metal in spots. Let dry for 24 and got all back together in about 2h. We have been doing a Lost panhandle ride once a year on Eglin afb. We can cover 40 or 50 miles of trails in a day, and the next day as much without touching the same trails. Check out downright lost under panhandle ride and check out pics.
