Would I spare tire carrier from a TJ work without modification on a YJ? When I bought my YJ, it did not have one and I found a great deal on a used one from a TJ.

Im sure theres someone who would give you one after they upgraded to a rear bumper with tire carrier. Post something on most of the jeep forums and Im sure someone will give you one if you pay shipping.
