2005 Rubicon getting a "nofuse" message in odometer window of dash when not moving. It goes away after you start to move. Othe symptoms are: no interior lights; no power to the rear view mirror; lockers don't work; speedo & tach will sometimes jump up and down to mid scale when key is off and dooor is open. If you close door they stop. I have inspected every fuse in both boxes and they are all good.

The IOD (Ignition Off Draw) fuse is the only one to trigger the No Fuse error.

So there's the culprit. Check the cluster ground and power to both sides of the IOD fuse... No voltage into the fuse results to no voltage out of the fuse.
