I've only owned Jeeps for four years or so, I'm not an expert but I have learned a lot over the years.
I was about to say that you can't get death wobble in a vehicle with leaf springs when I remembered what death wobble is. I think it also goes by the title bumpsteer and I think you can experience both in a YJ.
Basically if the wobble begins after you hit a bump then you likely have some steering linkage issues.
Regardless of your suspension, leaf or coil, your drag link (item 1) should be parallel to tie-rod (item 3) when the vehicle is sitting on the ground.
hiram how much lift does your YJ have and did you install a longer pitman arm?
I have a 4' Rubicon Express lift on my YJ with 33" tall tires and I've installed a longer pitman arm from a Cherokee. I don't get any death wobble or bumpsteer however the steering is a bit sloppy. That's because of the puny stock power steering box. It needs additional bracing or the complete replacement with a beefier one from a Durango.
