We finally finished installing the PSC mods. We installed tube fenders, rocker knockers and crusher corners. I had the trail cage installed by Performace Offroad. I still have to pull the cage and paint it, put back the whole interior(only have a driver seat at the moment), relocate the front turn signals and running lights. Reinstall the Boulder Bars. Then touch up the paint on the outside of the rig. It is alot of work but i saved alot of money and got the look i was looking for. I hope to be back on the trail soon. Here are a few pics of the progress.

Do you have some extra tubing in the roll cage (compared to stock)?

Yes, the kit came with two dash to floor supports, two upper pillers that weld to factory windshield bars. A dash and upper windshield bar, two center spreaders and a rear spreader bar. All seen in this pic in yellow, but the rear spreader.

You can kind of see them in these pics.

I have seen this setup used 3 times on jeffs jeep and his has always held up, even with one paticularly nasty roll. I do plan to slowly add more to it over time though. Cya

Yeah it was the rear spreader bar I noticed first. Looks fantastic! And very stout. Hopefully you'll never find out

Travis, That looks really B.A. hope you dont have to roll it too. Anymore mods and I dont think you'll be able to have it street legal in Phoenix. I'll let you leave it here in the "old west" where they don't mind things like that. You can come drive it any time you want. lol. Seriously that is way cool looking. I have a similar roll bar set up in my CJ. Are there rear sreader bars that run the length like the front ones?

Hey Mike. I just caught this. Thanks for the compliments. I'm not really sure it is still street legal. I definitley would not pass emmisions right now.
There are no other rear spreader bars at the moment. I want to put a rack in the back and still haven't figured out the config i want. I will be adding more to it to create some triangulation. I want to add some gusseting in some places also. Like you guys said, i hope i don't have to use it.
