Hello. I keep hearing "rumors" of a possible production Wrangler with a diesel engine for the USA. Does anyone know if this is a possibility? It seems like a marriage made in Heaven. I really want to trade my "KJ" CRD for a 5 or 6 speed diesel Wrangler! |

I wish... if I ever find a Diesel Wrangler, I'm trading the KJ without a second's hesitation. |

We have them in RSA I believe the 2.8 CRD we have (same in the Wranglers)is too polluting for California. Do any Jeeps come with Diesel in the US anymore? the new WKII diesel would be something else in a Wrangler! |

There is supposed to be a 3.0L diesel in the Grand Cherokee next year. It needs to be in the WRANGLER! |
