I would like to replace the shock absorbers on my 2012 Jeep Wrangler Sport. Can you recommend Bilstein Shocks ? I have read so many good reviews about it.

They are very good shocks indeed but they cost a little more than some of the other brands.

A good place to purchase shocks is ShockWarehouse!

I have Bilstein 5100s and they are good but run a bit harsh on rough roads (washboard and small bumps) because they are digressive shocks so small fast movement it is very stiff.

I would suggest running Fox or King shocks. If you're not doing anything high speed I would suggest a Fox 2.0 or King 2.0 smoothie. These are both progressively valved and will ride much better. They are also rebuildable and tuneable.

tldr; Digressive shocks are bad at small bumps and large bumps, but good at handling and g-outs. Progressive shocks are good at small bumps and big hits, but bad at handling and g-outs. Linear shocks provide the best all around performance.

Our take on shocks, seems to point towards the TJM gold edition shocks as these have been designed specifically for extreme off road in harsh conditions of Australia. We've run a set of their newest shocks on our jeep for about 1 year and haven't had any issues. SummitRacing has these same shocks on sale because of their 50th anniversary event going on now.

Bilstein is a good replacement as well as the OME, Rancho and Fox shocks.
