Travis, check with the shop that installed your lift or call the lift manufacturer. Sometimes they use basic stock keys, other times the new keys are indexed different to be cranked. I installed a set in a buddy's truck...that's pretty scary loaded those bars enough to get the old keys out and installing the new ones.

Correct, if old keys were used, then you can get some newer indexed keys so you can vrank the front up. My buddy got his from evilbay for around $50 shipped or if you can find a set of Ford Expedition 97-02 keys, they work perfect too. If you want to know how it will look with another 2", jack the front up under the crossmember, then jack up rear and put some jack stands up under the frame in the back so rear suspension will drop. Measure your height at fenders before, jack it up 2".....step back and look.

Either get larger blocks or put in an add a leaf in your spring pack which will give you 2-3" extra. I personally don't like more than a 3" blocks, some lifts kits though use a 4 or 6". Even some factory trucks , Fords I believe, had some pretty tall factory blocks in late 90's. I put in a set of keys and add a a leaf in my buddys 2002 and he initially got about 3" in rear, 2 in front, but the rear has settle to about 2" after 6 months. Add a leafs will give a little stiffer ride and the blocks limit your front suspension travel also.

On my Durango by cranking the torsion bar bolts, you can gain up to 2" of lift....I think it would be fine with your kit.....
