Yea no kiddin, I didn't even really study that one too closely because I was looking at yours. It looks like it has got some good fab work and a pretty substantial lift as well. Did the shop doing this for ya decide they love the trail rated, go anywhere, do anything, go get em attitude of the KJ and make up one of their own??? :D :D I know most of us, including me, are day dreaming of what our rigs would look like with that kind of fab work and a lift, make sure your KJ has a good alarm system!! Just kidding :D

How big is the lift in that other KJ ? I remember seeing like 4 pics of it a while ago and that thing looked awesome. Had this way high exhaust up to the roof line. How come we've never seen pics of that floating around here. Does anyone have more pics to post on it ?

Yes thats correct it is the one with the snorkel and high exhaust hat was the second Libertywith a SFA done here in mexico I believe mine is going to be the fourth here. The shop wich is doing my swap made that Liberty about two years ago I will try to get some pictures of it.
He had at the begining 7" but he had a lot os rollovers so he left it at 5".
Ill post all the pictures in 15 days .

Jedi, Could you do me a favor and measure how far your frame rails are from the ground? How big are your tires? and finally, how much lift did you end up putting on to clear the tires?

Ok thanks! Im tring to figure out how much lift I need for 35's and if that will exceed the 32" Bumper/Frame Rails restriction in Virginia. Stupid Laws!

Hey,

with the 35s on, the bottom of the psuedo rails is right at 18" I believe... I will have to go measure to be sure.. but I am fairly certain.

With my 2.5" rusty's lift and 245's my rails are right at 14" so with them sitting at 18" I will be set! Thanks Jedi!

Does that mean JediJeeper got 4.5" of lift to fit 35" tires?

Jedi's Frame Rails = 18
- uvalax236's Frame Rails = 14
- difference in tire sizes / 2 = 4/2 = 2
+ uvalax236's lift = 2.5
=================================
Total Amount of lift = 4.5" of lift

How much trimming did you do JediJeeper?

Woops! told you I should measure... I just took the tape out from my office to the parking lot. The bottom of the psuedo rails is sitting right at 21.5 inches off the ground.

Hope that helps,
-Adam

 21.5" at the frame?! Sweet!

Though now I feel the need More for wider than XJ or KJ axles as a stock KJ is already top heavy. Wider is better right? Just ask Pontiac.
