All this talk of 35s is making think twice about 33s.

Just need to scrape the D30/8.25 idea, get a HP44/D60 combo and some 5.13 gears  .Full widths are the way to go for 35" tires.

When will we see that build thread!

As far as 35s I know I'll want to get them, but I'm not. I need to save the money and do some other things to the front end before I'd try 35s. 33s will be more than enough for the first set of tires.

If you haven' t seen the news lately. It's really wet up here... really, really wet! It's supposed to let up Friday afternoon, and be nice on Saturday. The plan is mount the wheels tomorrow evening. Friday, throw the wheels on the JK, and finish bedlining the Sliders. Saturday, drill and bolt the sliders up. And then I'll throw up some updated pics... I'm sure mother nature will modify the time table a bit...

easy... because the jeep is worthless and nothing everworks right so why not try to fool it into thinking I think it isd coming together well... you know reverse psychology on the POS that has been the sore in my side :furious: more crapped out today :banghead:

Ok just because people are reading into crap....the suspension is awesome rolls better than my caddy did...RL's stuff is doing all it should and more....just jeep mechanically retarded from factory!

Sorry if was too vague so leave Marty alone unless placing an order so he can get the rest of the bumpers out so I can get my armor done! :dizzy: :goink:

Yeah, and with the normal teething issues coupled with some bad days you gotta vent some.

I called Marty last night after reading this post. I was confused because the last time I talked to Marty he told me that Ted’s beast was nearly done and running good.   Unfortunately, I had to break the news to him. :juggle: And then all I heard was :furious: You gotta love these guys.

Ted's got more money in his KJ than what I have in my Dodge Cummins.

Actually Rhett looked at those Dodge's when I got the Challenger... I think I am almost to the price of a new cummins...now (including the original purchase price of the kj) see I have tried to do this on a budget....thus why it has taken so long...

As for the Jeep hibernation if she doesn't start playing along, I am going to give it a permanent dirt nap!!! At least I will get to do one more wheeling trip even if it is the jeep's last!

Yeah, I’m up to $50,000 in the Dodge and have about $8,000 more to go before it’s done. After that it will be easy cruising, lol.
