how much of this stuff can i use for a SAS? i know they might not really be the best axles but it might be a start  i also found a ford 9 and a D44 would that be the better way to go? im not really sure either would work and i know i wouldnt want the D35 and would just keep the 8.25 in the rear.

No good. You don't want either axle. The disco axle is wrothless as is thee d35. Pass on it and shop around.

You can convert that disconnect and put a solid axle shaft through and a block off plate. Thats what I did on my comanche. 75 bucks is pretty cheap if you get the knuckles and brakes. just a thought.

im going to pass on this one. still not sure if im going to go with a HP D30 or a HP D44. i should start buying parts next month. im also going to try to do this kinda on the cheap side(only some parts) and build it up better later. being a college student and having a 6 month old makes this take a little longer for me  i might get a loan though
