i wonder why.. i suppose it would be too difficult to make it work. I forgot about steering (shows how much i know about SAS) but couldn't you just take the steering components off another axle and weld it onto the 8.25?

you have to think about gear rotation as well amoung other things

I think the easiest way to have a sfa would be to turn the drivers seat 180 degrees. Rear stear. :lol:

Hey, if you put all of the steering junk into the rear and run the front just an axle then you may not have to lift it as high for clearance. Although you may want that anyway. Keep in mind this is an idea coming from someone who knows nothing about SAS.

:shock: :? :roll: OK had visions of driving while looking out of the rear glass...out on trails you could pop it open though and have fresh air, rear engine....mmm second thought , not a good idea :lol: :lol: :lol:

On second thought rear stear is a pita. I hate backing up through a tight trail because it is harder to stear backwards..
