Would it be more difficult to SFA a CRD than a regular KJ? any input would be greatly appreciated.

All of the SFA's so far have been custom - so custom CRD isn't much different from custom V6

however if Rock Lizard gets his together as a kit - the CRD would be a different option

(different isn't always more expensive - but that's the way to bet)

The 3.7 uses a different cradle than the CRD. Doesn't the cradle get removed during a SFA swap?

The rear would be no different and the front probably no different either. They cut away the cradle and just leave the motor mounts. I would think a stiffer spring would be needed for the front then the gasser.

The reason I ask the question is because Im thinking of selling my Renegade for a CRD Limited... I would like to go SFA in the future also.

only difference i can come up with is none haha. maybe lifting a bit higher cause of the extra engine size. crossmembers well be easy, and i am having the arms integrated into the belly pan so.
