Wanted to update this thread. I ended up with 33x12.5x15 BFG All Terrains on 15x12 Weld Racing wheels. I hope to have pictures on the site before too long I just need to get a working camera first.

Why spend all that money for AT's? Let alone 12.50 AT's on a 12" rim,I'd be swapping to a 8" rim and get at least close to true height as your under 32" on a 12" rim.

With as much highway I drive to and from the proving ground here and to where I really like to wheel the ATs are the better tire for me and the 15x12" wheels I got were $100 for all 5. Just a matter of circumstance I suppose. Looks good and rides good tho for me.

That it is, an ARB roll out awning 8x8'. Comes in handy out in the dunes when it is HAWTTT out.

I got a lot of lift, i think it is near 12inches over a stock height, maybe a bit less.

There is some clearance above the front axle that i could lower it, but that would require reduced spring rates in the front suspension and a few other things. I plan on getting an ARB for the front and a winch so hopefully that weight will drop the front end a bit too, plus once i start breaking in the suspension off-road it might lower a bit.

It's like putting on pants...one leg at a time.

I do need to get a picture of a friend of mine whose head clears the top of the seat by about a foot, it's comical to watch her climb in.

12 inches? The other SFA projects were getting like 8 to 9 inches. Why so much on yours? I don't mean any disrespect as it takes a lot of work and guts to do what you did but it does look like its sitting pretty high.

That estimate of 12, i'll be honest, was purely a guesstimate....educated based on what I recall other jeep liberty stock heights to be to the bottom of their t-case to now the bottom of mine (based on a visual assumption). But I'll see about getting a more official estimate over the weekend. There is a stock Jeep LIberty on my street and I'll talk to the owner if I can take some measurements.

Hey the jeep looks good man. How much lift do you have on it currently? Seems like you have way more space than we do between the tires. Any flex shots yet?
