I was going to say I was pretty sure INC. used them without issue on his. I am going to use FOA 2.0" Coil overs. I don't think I've seen any other SFA project use that brand. I'm actually pretty sure they are all FOX CO's. What lengths are you guys running?

Decided against running MT/R's and bought a set of 4- General Grabber Red Letter Tires instead 35x12.5-15

I picked up My 35" Grabbers today (Maybe going to mount them later on) 8.25 gears (Richmond 4.56's) Rear end Master Kit. Bought the wrong front kit tho..... Stupid misleading Motive Gear people ended up with a R&P kit instead of a Master kit like it said it was. Re-ordered that.... Now to track down that greasy Pitman arm....

Honestly bro, I don't think 37's would have room. unless you notch the gas tank skid out for the rear diff, and push it back more. We did the fold and cut to the fender well, and measured with her 35's on it now. We have a few inchs to spare, but with 37's i dont know

Your going to need something beefier then a D30 and the 8.25 to handle 37" Toyo's.

Ok so what I really need too find out is, has anyone got a part number for longer E-Brake Cables? Trying to figure out how to retain the E-Brake. I actually 100% am going to need it, My Jeep will be built to pass a Re-Cert by an Engineer. Also I noticed in the SFA Sticky absolutely know talk of any Brake system Mods.

What rear axle you using again? If keeping the 8.25 just keep your OE setup. If using a Ford 8.8,9",or any 9" variant(RC60 and such) you want to use the Explorer rear disc brake setup and then you just swap out the parking brake cables for OE KJ rear disc brake parking brake cables if you had rear drums,it works as it's my current setup.Royal pain to swap those cables though.

I am Keeping the 8.25", So the excessive Flex won't be too much for the stock cables length then? I'm running the Seemingly standard OME864's with a 14" travel Bilstein 5150. My arms will be for a 6" Lifted LJ Basically a LA upgrade kit for a LJ.

Plenty of travel in those P. brake cables. Now the brake lines are another story.

I figured that lol. What Length Lines are you running Front and Rear? And if you have a part number or MFG. Let me know. There should Really be a section on Brakes in The SFA Sticky.

Well I started with the Stainless braided line kit from ClassicTube.com so I just needed to get longer braided lines as the lines unscrew from the bulkhead blocks. The OE lines do not so you will need those bulkhead blocks which are the pricey part, the lines are pretty cheap.I believe I'm using 28" or 30" lines in the front and a 34" line in the rear(longer then needed but had it and it works).

Not offhand,USAFCOP is ordering some soon so I'll ask for the part#'s(may have to wait till they get delievered),or you can call them and ask. It's better to call as there online ordering does not list the bulkheads by themselfs.I bought the whole kit from USAFCOP 5 years ago,he bought new but never installed but know he wishes he kept them.

Classic tube would not sell just the blocks they would not seperate a kit. Marlin at Jeepin by Al did for us though so got the lines and blocks for the front calipers from Classic tube and the blocks from Jeepin by Al.
