I removed this (The ABS Module) from.....

This the ABS Distribution block/Pump and plugged the module back in, The rear speed sensor sends it signal here then back out to the Speedometer, so now the Speedometer works again.

My 04' Had the rear-end sensor on the pumpkin, but according to the wiring diagrams I looked at they are all wired to this Module before they get to the Dash. The front sensors are ABS only they don't have any impact on the speedometer at all, so you don't have to worry about them. Now I have to tear apart the dash and remove the "Brake" and "ABS" Diodes and I will be golden.

about 800km's more on it now over varying conditions still working good, Speedo reads dead on with the GPS. On another note My seats finally arrived I had completely forgotten about these until I got a call from the warehouse saying hey so why was I supposed to call you about order 556778? I looked it up and to my Surprise the seats had arrived :D I won't be putting them in until warmer weather tho it's -30 celsius here brrrrrrrr.

They're a lot better quality than I had expected for sure, especially after reading some reviews I guess seat of the pants and time will tell.

Looks very nice!

I would like to ask you some questions:

-Could you fit the 14" travel shocks in the rear?? or did you have to fit shorter ones?

-How is the steering feel with the aussie in front when you are in 4wd?

-In another board I read you lift the motor mounts something like 1.5", if you did that, do you need to lift the tranny mounts too?

-Did you need to cut the body or only the flares?

-How is the steering feel with the aussie in front when you are in 4wd? It feels pretty good on the trail only took one trip to get used to, you never notice it in 2wd which is nice

-In another board I read you lift the motor mounts something like 1.5", if you did that, do you need to lift the tranny mounts too? I only lifted the Engine, it wasn't necessary to do anything with the Trans if anything this gave me a slightly better d-shaft angle.

I only cut the flares, so far...... :D

wow I really like the looks of those seats! You can run normal seatbelts and recline and they still look nice and supportive. Can you give some more info please? How easy do they install and what brand/price?
Thanks

They are SmittyBilt XRC Seats ( http://www.smittybilt.com/product/index/36.htm I almost did the red seats but didn't wanna look all ricey) They seem really nice to sit in in the house 8) but I still haven't gotten them in there yet. They recline dead flat and yeah you can keep your factory belt which I like. I'm going to have to make some kind of adapter bracket by the looks of things but the install shouldn't be an issue really. My eventual plan is to take the back seat out and run 2 of them back there to, with a second front console Frankenstein'd in there to so there's a decent beverage holder and somewhere comfy for passengers to ride cause that bench sucks.

So finally got a bumper on the front it's far from a finished product but it'll do what I need it to do for now, I still need to trim the fenders, close in the factory under head light step up, and then get the new LED turns and Markers mounted in the short run. It'll likely get some really nice Bumpers in the early fall.

The bumper is all 1/4" and has 2 Hella Rallye 3000 Compacts with Transit 6000K HID conversions installed, and a SmittyBilt X2O 10,000lb winch running Synthetic line in the middle.

So you are going to get new custom bumpers later? Is that one from a wrangler?

I sure like the stance of you Liberty, good work!

Still working out tons of little quirks and oversights, The speedo is still working A-1 tho lol. Then she blew a tranny line the other day so dropping it off tomorrow to get her fixed up. I'm still waiting on the right springs to land and my slightly longer new rear bumpstops (It thinks it should eat the fender right now) then I'll get some pics/video of it doing work.

Finally swapped the Factory turns for Some LED's, added 5watt resistors for them to blink at a normal pace.... All the fenders and Bumper are heading out to be spray liner'd tomorrow, I'm getting it all cleaned up fro a big car show.

I might still paint the belt line molding black as well before registering for the show tomorrow, I think that will look really sharp but hey that's just me.

Now it looks better... In order to fill the 02-04 grill gap, don't you think it could be better if you swap your grill for a 05-07 model??

Did you fix the little quirks??? Finally, do you have final numbers (height)??

Nice job!!

Still not completely dialed in Chino have to move the rear shocks to another location and Bump stop it, as for the grille surprisingly it's hard to find a 05-07 grille up here used and I'm too cheap to buy a new one.
