Do you know or think the lower triangulated set up is going to give you better clearances than a radius arm set up bshooter? That's the first I've seen a lower tri knowing what the purpose is for.

My GUESS is, and it is just a guess- a true 4 link front and rear will articulate with ease, move up and down, flex more then other systems so heres my guess- being the KJ is a unibody I'm hoping this will be less stressful on the Jeep. :dizzy: I don't know of anyone doing this either. I'll be the gunny pig :seuss: This Jeep should flex like crazy. the track bar will limit its flexing ability. I'll be able to remove it for off-roading if I want.

That sounds badass. I am glad you are being the Guinea pig. Much appreciated very jealous as well. I am looking at doing a Double tri in the rear like the xj Clayton like setup or single tri like some other xj kits. I am very interested in the lower tri front now. I can't wait to see how it turns out. I love the idea of the track bar on a triangulated to eliminate any float. Killing it bshooter! Very happy that someone else went the airstrut route besides Redkj. I am looking at the possibility of running 14in or 12in struts not ori and maybe using a stock strut mount that pokes through a few inches. We will see about the possibility of not having to chop up my front end witch I would be nervous about. Keep it up man it's inspiring for me to stay stock width!

Getting back on it after the holidays. Working on the electric, crankcase ventilator-filter, air intake, few other little things. It won't be long till I fire it up :-)r .

Trying to get this Jeep up and running again. The Jeep has not run since late Aug. Primed the filter and turned it over 3 or 4 time the she fired off only for a few seconds, let it sit a min tried it again fired up for a few seconds…. This went on for about 5 mim or so then when turning the key seems like the starters gave out. I don't know why it would only run for a few seconds and shut off? I'll pick up a new fuel filter in the morning. Might need another starter. :banghead: I did not crank it more then 3 seconds at a time. Any Ideas anyone??? Thanks
Update-- Starter solenoid went out and I think I have my Map sensor turned around backwards in the air intake...

Those are 37" tires and I am 67" tall. The Jeep is setting up hill from where I was standing in the picture. When I set the Jeep down off the jack stands I did me sure from the ground to the center of the headlight and it was about 44.5" to 45" with out using a level. I have to get on level ground to get some more measurements. The ride hight is adjustable with ORI struts. It will be fun testing her out in the upcoming days…. :pepper:

I've had a big set back thats why I haven't posted anything in a while… During the build and the welding process I damaged my "BCM" Body Control Module. This has taken a while to diagnose. Every wire in the Jeep has been looked at and or tested, this was painful…. but it came down to the BCM and it was set to United Radio Automotive Electronics for repairs or replacement… It was repairable and returned today… so this Rat Killin Will Continue..I will keep up with pics.. bshooter :SOMBRERO:

Well I have found all the electric issues…. Dose any one know how this could have happened when their was no battery and no computer connected in the Jeep. These Items were on the shelf... :banghead: The following were burned out --The BCM, rear windshield wiper motor, radio, the TPM had to be ref lashed and new keys had to be programed… No wires were burned No connections were even color changed. My Jeep has been looked at by 2 SAE Mechanics shops and the Jeep dealer. :ROTFL: :ROTFL: :ROTFL: The Jeep is alive and breathing again :pepper: :pepper: :5SHOTS: :5SHOTS: :5SHOTS: I have to send my steering box back to Redneck Ram for a repair something went wrong.. I think it was ME :going: I think I hook up the supply and the return ports backwards and blue an input shaft seal on the box. Fluid was flying in the dealers parking lot. The steering wheel was acting like it was Possessed :dizzy: Jerking very hard to the left and to the right-- it was crazy. The dealer said "They have never seen any thing like that" . As soon as I get the steering box back I will be ready for some trail testing... :BINGO: :BINGO: Any input on the welding thing -- Please enlighten me…

Yeah you hooked up the pressure and return lines to the steering box wrong, makes the steering act like it's going through a full blown death wobble episode.

As far a blown electrical stuff it could have happened if you unplugged/plugged in the BCM while the battery was connected.

Might have killed some electronics if you were welding at some point.
