Here is a couple things we have built and or repaired(the Superlift Jeep was a repair). The black Challenger is an 11.20 street car. I drove it from VA to OH, took 2nd in its class (n/a 6.1l) and drove it back home. The orange one has been through many phases and now is a twin turbo, dana 60'd beast (8.90's in the 1/4). I have performed all the fabrication and design on this vehicle. The super charger is under the hood of another Challenger that we built, a little milder (9's in the 1/4). It's in the shop right now, head gasket couldn't stand 28 pounds of boost. We built a Drag Pack Challenger that recently graced the cover of "Fastest Street Car"magazine. Three of our cars gotta story on them in Hot Rod magazine, Al Gennarelli's Challenger, Jack Reynolds Challenger, and a 300M owned by James Miller. I have been BEGGING for three years for something to build for us and this Liberty is gonna be the flagship. We are sending to the body shop tomorrow to have the rocker panel pulled so the door will shut properly.

Also included a pic of my custom skid plates that I fabbed for my YJ...that's my poser shot :jester:
Also stuck a shot of my old J-10 in there, 60/70, 216 to 1 triple t-case, chromos,detroits....
That's a beater!!! Check it out, I was on the 2003 Ultimate Adventure with Rick Pewe and 4wheel and off road magazine, November 03 issue.

Great Resume: Rochopper. With all the Might in the other rides, will you be happy with the 3.6? That fellow I'm getting my axles from did a 6.1 Hemi conversion in his JK. :dizzy: :JEEPIN: I'm looking forward to ya getting started. bshooter

We didn't really pick it, a bad driver picked it for us. The best part though is that about 4 years ago I drew up an idea for a dealership rig and it was a KJ with 42's (I gotta thing for over 40" tires). This was a gift from above!!
Speaking of gifts, as of this morning our Solid Axle Industries knuckles, high steer arms, cover and drive flange kit is in route. Thank you Solid!
Wheel Pros has also stepped to the plate and is sending us 5 of their ATX Slab beadlock wheels in a 17x9, 8 on 6.5" B.C.
Our favorite tow truck guy picked it up this morning and took it to the body shop for some "frame" tweaking...thanks Keith!

you know tom I was thinking the same thing you think that if I send my junk to them they would put new free parts on it like 5.7 Hemi dana 60's front and rear with ARB lockers in the WJ that is just part of the list

Rockhopper, This looks like an awesome build! I'm watching this thread for sure. Like the others said, sure would be nice to have sponsors to help finish MY build. It's been what, 3 years and still not done due to funds. keep this thread updated as you can.

I feel your pain! I have a '48 Willys that I have been doing a frame up on for over a year now. A Yj that needs 1 tons under it (wants) and a '62 CJ5 I can't leave alone. Then there is my wifes WJ that I actually took on my last trip to Black Mountain ky. All these things want money but there is never very much. This build will gimme the fix I need, hardcore rig build! We have invested a lot into our vendors for the last 10 years and for them this is good advertisement. We sell a lot of parts!

Would be great to see an "HONEST" total amount when all is done
All parts/labor etc if someone had to actually buy the parts them selves etc

I agree. I am already keeping a log of every component and its retail value. I am placing the value on the vehicle as actual fair market. Except for the rocker panel pull that the body shop is doing and the door repair the fact that it was a total is really irrelavent.

Actually someone asked about the engine and its power potential and I failed to address the question. Yes, we are keeping the 3.7 and the 42re. Will the engine satisfy my need for power? No! But we will add the throttle delay eliminator(that thing works!!!)and at least a 35/50 shot of nitrous in the 3500 and up rpm range. We have also obtained a pair of high flow mini cats for it. The plan is to make it breath. The transmission is going to get a very large cooler and some really good fluid and two fingers crossed. We are replacing the t-case with an oem Jeep 4.0:1 unit. Our plan is to build the front subframe dimensionally correct for a Hemi  As a Jeep/Dodge dealership we must tap our most powerful resource....right?

Building a 440 right now so got it here for measurements.

Picking up the Liberty from the body shop today, got some shots of it being tugged on.

Also placing our order with Yukon Gear today. Our wish list for the axles is being filled along with a huge hood sticker. Yukon will be our top sponsor most likely but we are still talking to a potential suspension sponsor who may bring as much or more to the table.

Subscribing to this!  lol Gonna be cool, wish it was more of a "normal" sfa swap though. Like 35s on whatever lift is needed for them. Oh well still gonna be awesome. It has to be pretty awesome to get paid to make the 1st (that I know of) sfa KK.

On a side note, what does a new JK Rubicon transfer case retail for?
On another random side note, Troy, I've been seeing your KJ all over Instagram lately, uhh to make this part on topic, this KK better make it there too. 8)
