Wanted opinions/suggestions of what everyone used for steering setup. HP30. Was looking at the Ruff Stuff kit, but not sure I want to do the Y steering. Hoping for WJ knuckle swap

Ruff Stuff Y Steering Kit:

Crossover Steering:

not sure about going with heims. Ran them on the OTK on my WJ, but they would always find a way to loosen up.

I run crossover steering with Crane knuckles(and pass side high steer arm).Used GM 3/4 tie rod ends(both drag link ends and drivers side tie rod) and 1 Dodge 3/4 ton tie rod end(pass side tie rod),I can dig out the part #'s if you want. The tubes are 1 1/4" x 0.281" walled DOM that has been tapped to the correct threads for the tie rod ends(both left hand and right hand threads). The track bar is 1 1/2" x 0.5" walled DOM tapped for Jonny Joints on each end(1 left hand thread,1 right hand thread). No inserts welded in the DOM tubes, major weak spot.

Your Price: $220.70[/img] I got a bunch of 1.75 DOM, all the brackets I could think of and then some, all my grade 8 bolts and nylock nuts. Shipping is always $15.... :dizzy: no matter what you order.. They don't play games with your order, these guys are fast..
