Post subject:  How to choose the best spring rate for the front coilover ?

Hello! I tried to find something about coilover springs but, I didn't found, so basically in my country, coilovers are not very popular, nobody can suggest me the best mach.
I've got a jeep liberty 3.7 with stock bumper, but in the future I would fit a little whinc.

I was talking about 10" dual rate coilover. We are in SFA section! Jba is just for IFS. :-)

i have seen Neatus fit 250/250 but other guys 450/550 :roll:
i have no idea what i have to do.
i tried to find a spring rates "calculator", but it ask me a lot of information.

It's trial and error.

I know here in the states most places will swap coils for free as long as you don't scratch the powder coating so you can test which ones you actually need without buying more then 1 set.

I think the best match is 400-500 for stock liberty, I hope

Stock I'd start in the mid 300's.
