| Post subject: | What gearing to go with? 5.13 or 5.38 |
Currently swapping a ford HP44 and a 9 inch into my KJ and am trying to find information on the gearing to go with. I want to run 35s when done and I’ve seen Troy went with 5.13 gears but I haven’t found if that was enough. Anybody still here running 35’s and 5.13 or 5.38 gearing? Also this is in a 3.7 with the 42rle and will be using a Rubi transfer case. |

Well since the SFA section is long dead at this point I’ll just go with the 5.13 gears and see how it drives. Since I’m doing all the work I’ll only be out the cost of gears and my time anyway. |
