OK here is the deal every year LA4X4 makes a 3 day trip up at gilmer ,barnwell mtn. recreation area part of the Texas motorized trail coalition, it is located just outside longview TX right off I-20 about 8hours from NO I have been a few times and LOVE IT we will be going in january so still a long ways off but I would like to see some KJ's out there Last year we had something like 50 rigs from the local club and about 100 toyotas ,they were having there jamboree, and probably 100 other folks from around town and it did not feel crowded This place is one of the best places I have ever wheeled and they have something for every thing from stockers to full on rock buggies the best part is that the hardest trails can be seen from the easier trails I would like to see all of yall come out and ride they have camping as well as near by hotels what do yall think?[/i] |

God I pray that it is during the first week of January....I start my Spring semester on Jan 8 so depending on the date I could be there, or not be there.... |

By the way does LA4X4 do a run in December? If so I could most likely hit one up, just let me know.... |

I dont think so with christmas and stuff as far as gilmer we usualy go the first weekend but I will let ya know |

I am pushing that we go the weekend of the 6th cause if we wait to long after that then my member ship will expire and I will have to pay the full burn again and I am cheep so........... |
