Ok folks next weekend 4/22 is the "pre-jamboree" run here in LA I know that you guys say that you want to come down and wheel but dont want to drive that far for a "quick trail ride" well most of these trails take 6+ hours to run so all you get is 1 trail heck the trails are like 9 miles long Any way I was thinking about camping out or getting some hotel rooms up in the area and spliting them That way we could save on the drive My thought is drive in on Saturday camp or hotel that night then wheel on Sunday until like 3-4pm then drive home even if you drive 6 hours to get home you will make it by 10 pm to me all in all not a bad deal oh yeah one more thing the JJ cost like $250 perperson so that is what $125 per trail? how about like $10 per trail? That is the cost per rig not per person all it gets you is trails and no chance at prizes but heck its only $10 bucks Let me know ASAP and if yall want to camp or stay in a hotel I vote hotel but I am a wimp I will camp if thats is what folks want to do but I know NOTHING about camping in that area I have all the gear but I have never camped out up there |

OK we have run into a "land issue" It will have no bearing on the trails that a KJ could do but it does mean that it will be crowded This is not a bad thing but it means that we need to show up early to get a spot I can hold a few spots if I get a FIRM commetment other wise I will simply ride Saturday and ride closer to home I do need to know by Wednesday I am also still open to a long weekend we have options as well on the first weekend in May we could make it a 2 day all day ride 1 day and 1/2 day on Sunday |

I am keeping the thread up dated First weekend in may is out I will be out of town that weekend 2nd weekend in may is open for an after noon run on Saturday and MAYBE on sunday but 90% not ,mothers day I will not be camping this weekend Lack of interest I am still open to seting up rides until the weekend of the Offroader Expo all yall need to do is say something and I will make it happen |
