Hey, I represent that statement! 8)

Jason,
I see where you were coming from, with comparing the 265/75 to the 245/75.

So now I am contemplating some Soft 8's (round holes, 15x7's - black) with some 31x10.5's........

dont do that
I will need to find nolakj ,guy I met through this board who I have not really seen in a while
he has a rustys coil lift and is running that rim but with a 30 X 9.5
and has way more rubbing than I do the best part is my tires are a full inch taller than his and IIRC close to an inch wider
the back spacing on those rims are a killer

Alright, after more research I discovered the 265/70-16, which is listed as 30.86 OD and 10.94 section width
(for the particular brand I looked at).
This sounds like a good compromise to me, between the smaller 245 series and the 265/75 or 235/85. I
I would put these on my stock rims so back spacing should not be an issue.
Probably would eventually put some spacers on also.

What's the thought on this one? Too wide? Don't be afraid to hurt my feelings.
