Gonna be relocating to North Alabama(Huntsville) real soon. Any good trail riding up there or southern Tennessee? Always lived in Louisiana so it's gonna be different, especially the food

Hey man, sorry to see you go. You ought to come to the project day tomorrow for a last SouthLA hurrah.

No offense to any Alabamians on here, but. . . I spent some time in Decatur about a year ago and it is really like a whole 'nuther country up that way. Seems like EVERY restaurant sells biscuits and gravy all day there. And you know that quintessential "southern accent"? It was so thick there I had trouble understanding some people - and I'm from the south. It was very different. Watch out for the pizza up that way too - I could not find an Italian place that did not cover everything in oregano.

In Huntsville you'd only be about 2.5 hours or less from Smoky Mountain Nat'l Park, there's bound to be some cool stuff there. And there is a big trail ride GTG in Oak Ridge TN going on in October. There is a whole forum dedicated to it here on LOST. Link here: http://www.lostjeeps.com/forum/phpBB3/viewforum.php?f=111

Good luck lib, and avoid University of Alabama crazies. . .

I think LSU is going to beat Florida this year, so there is a lot of football left to be played, and a lot of rank jumping left to do. The game for the SEC West may very well be in Tuscaloosa on Nov 7th. I can't help but think that someone is gonna bite off a chunk of elephant shank between now and then though. Spurrier maybe? Ole Miss?

The West is anybody's game this year. Week by week baby.

If it were anyone id guess spurrier, I certainly agree with you that there is alot of talent this year in the SEC west, with LSU certainly being very impressive, but i was surprised at this weekends game, figured it wasn't going to be nearly that close with yall.

oh and just so were on the same page, everything said is in good spirit, and at the end of the day you are a fellow KJ'er and that will always come before football in my book.

Of course homie. I have to say that football may come before being a KJ'er for me, though. . .

man, how did you know what i was doin?! yea i spent 4am-7am removing power pedestals, then the rest getting the families 3 boats secure, then moving all the expensive vessels i work on to different marinas in the lovely weather, all for it to be nothin but 3-4ft of surge, couple inches of rain, and about 40mph max of wind...

AND i had to miss class, which for some reason wasnt canceled???
