I wish you could be there too,LW. Just finished spending an hour cleaning and icing the oysters.These baby's are selects for sure. Mad salty!!!!!! Saturday's feast is official: Half sack oysters(raw and grilled) 3 racks babybacks(slow-n-low) chirrizo stuffed jalepenos wrapped in bacon hot sausage stuffed mushrooms boudin stuffed bellpeppers topped with bacon(to retain moisture) venison backstrap and sausage alligator sausage 10#chicken theigh's chichen livers(with onions,sliced garlic,and butter) Coonass Delight

Hey,just wanted to thank everyone for passing a GREAT time this weekend,and big thanks to all for the help on the trails,even the "Scouting" crew.   Just mess'n We made some serious progress on the trail and I'm proud of everyone for their hard work. I had about the best time Saturday night partying!!!  Thanks again guys!

I was very happy to see it was JUST a kiss!! Bub, as always was a great host! Bill too (thanks again for the Guinness! I owe you a few). It was nice to meet John and the youngun-Timmy. All good guys. All welcomed me in and made me feel like an instant part of the crew. Food was awesome, too. Them there boys knows how to cook Cajun style. Dat fo' sho'! Looking forward to the next time.
