For easter weekend? I'm there. That'll keep me open for the other florida ride.

Dangit, I'm out Easter weekend. :x

Shags, I still want to get together with you before you hit the road. When are you and Bub installing the snork? Maybe I could lend a pair of hands and some brew. . . .

I was just looking at my schedule last night. March 20th or 21st looks like the best weekend for me to get it done before our ride. Would love any help and an excuse to get together. Either way, you are close enough we could get together whenever.

Sure wish you could make the ride though! :banghead:

No, my wife is the maid of honor in a wedding on 4/2. PLus we're really active in music (me = drums, KD = singer) at our church and Easter is a big day for all that.

Shag, I don't have anything going 3/20, I'm down. Where and when and what kind of brew?

I say we get an early start as I suspect it will take a while. I'm open as to where. My house has a nice covered concrete carport so we would be protected from the elements.... But for the right help, I'll make it as convenient as possible.
As far as Brew and food, let me know what y'all like and I'll get it. I know one guy that is awfully fond of Guiness!

Bub, Bill-what do y'all think? Y'all in? Suggestions?

Shag, the snorkle really is a two day thing.
First day you have to work the airbox and give it time to dry.
The next day is install.

Shaggy Slumber Party anyone?

Shag,to do it right it would require Unc's help, tools, and expertise.
Mabe Bill can see if he has a Sat open, and we can have an airbox party the night before. :5SHOTS:

:CAMPING:
I'll be glad to host a Slumber Party! :5SHOTS: If y'all don't mind coming to my place I have plenty of room. We have 3 open rooms in our house, one with a guest bed and one with a pull out sofa bed. Another has floor space for air up mattress or sleeping bag... And then there is the living room cough. If y'all are in, my treat at Louies Diner Saturday morning!!!
Just make sure you don't mind being around two spoiled dogs. :goink:

sorry I never get on here anymore, but I can make most any weekend, I clear my schedule for yall and eglin. nothin else really takes priority.

Bill the goose... yea.. she's on her last leg more than ever, I think we have an oil line leaking like crazy. Ill ask alex if he wants to bring it again though, I mean its just gettin ridden hard and put up wet until it dies, which i feel may be soon...

Don't know about 3 or 4 miles of water again!! Dad had to change front wheel bearing. And still have a new noise from it. Might just be to much water.

whatchu talkin' bout Willis?! I hope you make it. Just don't rub that scratchy jeep up next to mine! :ROTFL:

And 69 Mach1, you should be ok stock. I went out there stock before. You can most often go around something if you are worried about it. Also, you could always jump on one of our rides if you want to go through a section but don't trust your stock setup. If you come you will at least get to meet some folks and seewhat Egg-Land is like.
Or just drive the Mach1 (would LOVE TO SEE IT) to Bill's place and then ride the trails with one of us 4x4 guys.

Our first Lost ride we had a 07 wrangler unlifted with street tires and he did fine, and it was sloppy in some spots.

So we're still talking about 3/19 - 3/20 for the snorkel install? I'm definitely down. I live in Baton Rouge too, so if Shag doesn't have space enough, I have a guest room too. Must be OK with a spoiled dog and a fetching, part-time terrorist cat. . .

Also by then I will have Boiler's new rad-to-engine skid front skid plate to install, and I still haven't installed my tow hooks.

Need to treat any Guinness fans to a Snakebite. Half Guinness, half Woodchuck. . .they sneak up on ya. . . .
