Hey all, Jon here checking in from Springhill, I'm hoping someone can turn me on to an honest dealer service dept. in the greater Tampa area. The stealership that I bought my CRD from has started to blow me off and tell me that "it's normal" for all of my issues. I'm sick of having the smoke pump apear when I ask a question! Please tell me there is someone worth going to for good service!!! TIA, Jon

Good luck, it's hard to find a good dealership or shop for that matter. I would look at the Car Talk Radio show website. Those guys keep a list of good shops. They can only make the list by being recommended and can be removed by complaints.
