I just spoke with Artie who went with us last month. He said that he wants to go next weekend. He also said that he just put in a K&N air filter and will take it a little easier in the water this trip. LOL! :)
So that adds one more to the group. If all these people go, we will have a good group. Keep talking it up to everyone you know. The more the marrier.

Bryan that video is great!

I don't think 4x4 is all that necessary. most of the time on these trails i'm in 2wd, there may be some deeper water holes with soft bottoms that may warrant 4x4, but thats all up to what trails we hit. We just won't let you go where you could get stuck. Some of the other guys may have some input here as well, I'm pretty new to the central FL trails so I'm just giving my $.02

Unless there comes some massive amounts of rain, I wouldnt worry about it. And besides, it wont be any fun unless someone gets stuck, got to have some fun some way, getting stuck is part of ritual or hazing if you will  . We wont leave you out there to rot, so come on and meet up, Unlike the Wrangler guys... ok except for Wes.... we dont meet up just to show whos got the biggest you know what LOL its not a competition out there. Plus if you can start driving sand and mud in 2x4 then you'll have more understanding of the technique of driving and wont baby yourself with 4x4.

Some of the trails will be tough in two wheel drive, BUT I'm not going to say not to come, if you want to come try it out come on. Mudtrac's Diesel will pull you along if needed! After the first trail if you having a tough time it will be an easy ride back to SR 19. This is a good group of folks going and several are law enforcement so we won't leave you behind.

Wes

The big day is 3 days away. Does everyone know the location of the meetup point, or does anyone need directions.????

and for all, as I am not too familiar with the area still and how to get around here is a way to get directions, just enter in where you are coming from

http://yellowpages.aol.com/main.adp?_dl ... _dirdma=17

here is the map section from that page

http://yellowpages.aol.com/main.adp?_di ... ale=4#maps

Maybe Wes you have some other ideas about directions for out of areas, we don't want them too LOST now do we!

Depending on what side of Orlando you are on you could come up to SR46 and I4 and take 46 out to 44 out to 42 and come that way from the north side of orlando or if your south side of orlando then take 408 out to the turnpike and the turnpike up to 19 and then 19 down to 42, either way your looking at a minimum of about an hour drive.

Oh I got the Stang wheels on 8) only one small issue, one rim is slightly bent, but wont kill me to drive her out to the mud and back.
