Post subject:  Fort Lauderdale Meet & Greet?
Are there any KK owners in Ft Lauderdale??? I see a few KJ's from time to time with work done but very rarely will I see a KK with any work done to it. Where are all you hiding ...

Would anyone down here be interested in getting a Meet and Greet together? Would could do it at one of the 10,000 parks :lol: around the Fort Lauderdale area.

Let's start to plan a M&G/BBQ. Let's start off with the basics ... To give people sometime to get things together I'll just throw out a date of the first weekend in May ... Saturday May 7th. Anyone have any issues with that date?

Next, once we can lock down the date, we can pick a park ... Tree Tops Park, Brian Piccolo Park, TY Park, etc. Anyone have any preferences on which park?

I am sure that I've posted this before but here goes:

Go over to JeepTalk.net and hook up with the South Florida Jeep Club... good peeps. KingJeep who is on lost is a member. When I was doing my sentence in FL back in 08 I used to go on rides all over the state with them... never could get any LOST peeps to come out but I digress...

Back in the day they met up every other Friday at The Tower Shoppes and had a meeting once per Month at either Arrigo Jeep or Hollywood Jeep. Go check them out and see what their current schedule is. I am still in contact with some of them and I meet them when they come out to MOAB.

Our next meeting is April 12th and is going to be held at Hollywood Chrysler-JEEP Dealer, the meeting will begin at 7:30pm. The dealer is located at 2100 North State Road 7, Hollywood, FL 33024.
