It was a great Jeep CRD until it just died in the middle of the st. No noise just rpms dropped and wouldn't start back up. Car cranks and turns the serpentine belt but wont fire up. Sounds like it has compression but I can't figure it out and we all know how hard it is to find good help. Selling before I throw anymore money away on it. I have verified that the battery and fuel pump are good, 12.8 volts and no air in fuel. Has a code for the crank shaft position sensor which I replaced and didn't make a difference. Guessing I bent a valve and it doesnt have enough compression to fire up. 130,000 on the clock, timing and water pump changed at 100K. Please let me know if your interested. Accepting all offers.
