Questions from a Newb

I have an 06 KJ Limited. I'm looking for new wheels and I really like the Mamba MR 1.
Now I'd like to use the stock tire for now, will I have a problem with a 235/65/17 on a 17x8 in wheel? I do plan on a lift and and tires later BUT I just can't stand the chrome rims.
Wheel info:
Mamba MR 1
17X8 IN
5.25 BS
20 MM Offset
71.1 CB

Will they fit with no lift?

I don't like chrome on a Jeep either, paint or powder coat them.
