I didn't buy them yet, told the guy I want to see if they'd actually
fit first, would suck to be stuck with them. And said to him I'm going on
here to ask all the questions first..
If they fit they where going to be $350.00 for the 4 tires Canadian.

Thanks for being so thoughtful Tom.

The issue with the 265/70 vs 245/75 is the width since they are almost identical in height. So maybe if you want the good deal on the 265/70 you could deal with the rubbing and then get some better backspaced wheels to try and fix the problem later on. Or just get the 245s and be done with it. Still may need some trimming with the 245s too though.

By the way, I am moving this to the tires and wheels section.

Take your front tire off, cut the plastic off around the weld sticking out and get a big hammer and bash it flat. Now you can either paint it or get a heat gun and melt the plastic piece back in place.

Yep, bash it to one side or the other. Don't worry about the questions. Someone here will have an answer for you.

235 / 285 R 16 how about these with a 2" spacer lift? it will give you a 1.2" lift as the tire is 2.4" bigger than stock
